I am a clinical psychologist in full-time private practice and work with older adolescents (16+), adults, couples and families.

I work primarily from a 'psycho-dynamic,' insight-orientated perspective, meaning that I am inclined to emphasize the influence of one’s childhood – as well as their on-going relational experiences – as being central to how a person functions in the present day. The therapy is geared towards identifying and then ultimately changing how these formative experiences have affected us, thus striving for a greater sense of personal freedom and autonomy.

I am trained to work with a range of issues, including:
* anxiety
* depression
* bipolar
* schizophrenia
* personality issues
* anger management
* loss & grief
* adjustment issues
* substance abuse
* as well as issues surrounding one's sexuality, self-esteem and
identity.
