Rational Emotional Therapy

This therapeutic modality challenges your thought processes as the thoughts can be irrational based on assumptions/beliefs and irrational behaviours. The therapist trains you how to think differently and how to dispute your thought processes. It has proven to be very successful with most patients as they tend to suffer from cognitive distortions and are prisoners of perception.
