NOUS Counselling & Art Therapy offers a safe and non-judgemental environment where clients can express their inner feelings through counselling as well as the creative processes that will assist clients to holistically work through various emotional distresses.

Please note that clients do not have to be professionally trained artists in order to participate in an art counselling activity.

Artistic equipment needed for counselling is provided by NOUS.

Counselling through art focuses on the process, rather than the final work that is produced during a counselling session.
