I have been in private practice for the past 22 years. My approach comes from a belief that we can all heal from the emotional woundedness of our past.

However, throughout our lives habitual ways of both living daily life and being in relationship have been reinforced; ways that have certainly helped us cope and survive, but are not really conducive to healing.

In order to heal, we need to recognise those inner scripts, those habit ways of reacting and responding in daily life, and begin to weave into our consciousness new scripts that facilitate an innate healing process.
